To maintain our strict hygiene standards and ensure that every client receives a pristine, brand-new masterpiece, we strictly do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final upon delivery.

We genuinely value your relationship with us and want you to be completely satisfied. While returns and refunds are legally not applicable, exchanges are permitted exclusively if a fulfillment error has occurred on our part.

• Valid reasons for an exchange: Receiving an incorrect size (different from your invoice), a wrong article, or a clear manufacturing defect.
• Invalid reasons for an exchange/return: Change of mind, personal preference, minor color variations due to screen lighting, or an incorrect size selection made by the customer at the time of order.

For accepted exchange cases, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging fully intact. If the error is proven to be from our side, ROOPAM STUDIO will bear all associated shipping charges for the replacement. This policy is binding to ensure a fair, transparent, and premium shopping experience for all our patrons.
