At ROOPAM, exchanges and refunds are only entertained in the event of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong size, color, or item, or any mistake in the order fulfillment. Change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer is not a valid reason for exchange or refund.

Customers may choose between store credit or a direct exchange, depending on their preference. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify. Customers are responsible for delivering the returned item to our location unless the error is on our part.
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed, the Exchange and Return Policy shall apply.
ROOPAM reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in circumstances where payment has not been successfully processed or where the product is found to be faulty or unavailable.
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are required to pay 50% of the order value as advance to confirm the order. The remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.
