Exchange & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed, the Exchange and Return Policy shall apply.

ROOPAM STUDIO reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in circumstances where payment has not been successfully processed or where the product is found to be faulty or unavailable.

Payment Information

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are required to pay 50% of the order value as advance to confirm the order. The remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.

For other payment methods, please refer to the checkout page for the latest options. We use trusted payment services to securely process and store your order information, including your order number, name, shipping details, phone number, and email address.

Event Services & Advance Booking

ROOPAM STUDIO provides comprehensive wardrobe solutions for your special events. We handle complete event attire, including bespoke bridal couture, premium groom wear, and all necessary matching accessories.

Because wedding planning requires precise timing, we highly encourage customers to make advance bookings. You can secure your order slot well in advance for your upcoming event to ensure priority processing and peace of mind.

Shipping, Delivery & Processing Times

We are committed to delivering a masterpiece, and exceptional craftsmanship takes time. Please note our mandatory processing and delivery timelines:

• Standard Orders: Require a minimum of 7 business days for processing and delivery within Pakistan.
• Custom & Make-to-Order: All customized or made-to-order couture requires a minimum of 15 business days for processing and delivery.

For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss delivery options, specific timelines, and shipping fees.
